Whole ham???

Sounds awful good to me - Iam not a clove lover either ! Love ham ! so much you can do with it -yum! :)
 
It may or may not be fully cooked already. Smoking and curing a ham is not fully cooking it. Some are then cooked--some aren't.
 
I'm not sure Gretchen..but I'll be sure to cook it for enough time to getter done. : )
 
Just wanted to thank you all again.

The ham is delish!!! I cooked it this afternoon and have be munching on
it as I sliced it all off the bone. Tonight we'll have it just sliced with sweet potatoes. Tomorrow I'll boil up the bone and make some bean soup also using some of the chunks of ham. The rest I'm going to freeze and when we are ready for ham again I'll do some scalloped potatoes.
