Whole Pig in a La Caja China for SUPERBOWL!
I have always injected it with mojo. I want to change and inject it with somethinng else. Any ideas? It will be 35-40 lbs.
I love this La Caja China. It will probable cook for 2.5 to 3.5 hours. ![]() |

Finally! someone that has done chicken in their La Caja China. I've got 60 folks coming Sat. and that's my plan. We've done turkey and pork shoulder. Tips on the chicken ritual? I'm planning to marinate in a lemon/olive oil before.
Thanks! Sharman |
