my favorite--, flour,fry, then make gravy for mashed potatoes using the grease and what deglazes from the skillet. Not very creative, but still the best!!!!!

I made these tonight and they were great! Thank you.

I know this is an old thread but I really think it's worth ressurecting. There are so many great pork chop recipes in here it deserves to be at the top once again
