VEAL OSCAR help

I just heard about Veal Oscar the other day - I can't remember where, for the life of me though.
So I looked up the recipe and it looks quite do-able and tastie.
I couldn't find pics. So does anyone have ideas for sides or presentation? Any pics?
I'm going to save for a special occasion, as the price of veal is out of this world. Although I do love it.
And why is the price out of this world?
Why is any meat higher than another, for that matter?
They still have to slaughter the whole animal to get ANY cut.
But getting back to Veal Oscar, any personal experiences?

I hope so. I'd love to see some TNT recipes and a pic ot two.
I don't know if this was a part of the "oscar", but there was always asparagus spears on top with the sauce.

Yes, asparagus are in the recipe, along with crab leg meat.
I'm going to post the recipe I got from The Food Network, Tyler Florence, in the Veal Section.

I think two of the important keys for Veal Oscar are the crab and the bernaise. Good quality king crab is important, and make a really good homemade bernaise sauce.
