try adding a little of gorgonzola to broiled, almost-done chops seasoned w/ salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ground sage.. return to broiler till cheese is melted.

or try adding a dab of pesto when seasoned chops are done.

not together, but seperately. since i usually have 2, i'll make one of each.:)
