Grilled lamb chops

Very nice! What did you use for the seasoning for the lamb chops?

Hi Dawg, I made a marinade with herbs de Provence, mushroom based soy sauce, minced elephant garlic, balsamic vinegar, (placed it in a ziploc bag for a day in the fridge) seared it on the grilled, brushed it with honey, then seared a little more till glazed. I prepared sweet potatoes and turnips to finish the meal. I hope this helps.
