Help please - lamb roast
I've cooked plenty of lamb roasts for my family & follow the general 160C, 25min per every 500g for medium but 2day i'm cooking for a larger group & using 2 lamb legs (1.7kg & 1.3kg).
So do i follow my usual way & add the amounts - cooking in total for 3kg/2.5hrs? Or do i cook it as i would a single, & so for just under 1.5hrs?
I'm confusing myself!!! Please help!

The latter. You are cooking then at the same time so time it for the 1.3 kg roast and leave the larger one in for a few more minutes.

Thanks!
Thanks Andy, that was my first plan but then i started doubting myself. I seem to have a reputation (from my husbands bragging, not my own) of good food so when he invited his whole family around for dinner I freaked out! I'll just have to pretend I'm cooking for us & the kids, albeit a huge portion! :)

Remember, if something doesn't come out the way you expected, just tell everyone that's the way it's supposed to be.
