I am doing lamb's liver tomorrow. Coated in savoury flour and oven cooked with some bacom rashers and srved with fried onion.
Anyone else got a favourite way to cook liver?
Hubby won't even look at it unless it's really tasty. He convinced himself he didn'y like it but enjoyed the last lamb's liver I did. He's been on iron tablets so I hoped the liver would help and onions in any form are supposed to be good for you aren't they?
