2lbs ground lamb mixed with feta, onion, garlic, oregano, s&p. Fresh Tzatziki, slice roma tomatoes and YUM. Made little sliders and my daughter LOVED them!!! I was very very surprised!

i love lamb! your lamb sliders look delish, larry! although at ten dollars/lb. for ground lamb, i don't get to have it as often as i would like. veal neither. :(
i'm surprised to see that your meat packages have 2009 dates. can you really keep lamb (or any meat) fresh frozen for that long?
oh, and i'm another virginian dcer, a transplant from maryland. welcome, larry, glad to have you join us!

This wasn't a real recent cook, that explains the date! LOL sorry

I too am originally from MD, but lived my childhood in NC and then came back to VA!
 
They look amazing Larry :)

They look similar to rissoles that we make using beef mince, but I like the addition of feta cheese :yum:
 
We are making these next week, we have bought the lamb mince, now just need the feta cheese :yum:
