ISO Nutritional Facts for Wild Game
Where would I find the calories and other nutritional information for Blue Grouse and any other wild game? I have googled it and no luck. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I have no idea. Perhaps this kind of wild game is so rarely eaten that the nutritional value for it is very hard to find.
