I'm not a big fan of liver...However domestic rabbit liver is fantastic!! Dusted with flour and fried...very tender and mild flavor...Excellent meat!
Why did someone pick such an awful name for liver, gizzards and hearts like "offals"? I am definitely a fan of entrails, patés etc..
