$30 for a kinko's copy is why I didn't buy one.

Plus I think most if not all the recipes were on their site.

To do this however, every recipe must be made and tried, not just by the person who submitted it, but by at least 2-3 other people. That's the only way to ensure consistency in the recipe, and to troubleshoot any recipe that not everyone was able to follow/make correctly.
