Back to the text books again!!

Well, my next nursing courses have started and it's going to be hefty semester of burying my head in text books rather than recipe books. There may not be much time for posting here for the next few months, but I'll be sure to pop in from time to time. I have to have a lot of self-discipline when I'm at college, because I procrastinate and get side-tracked much too easily by other, more pleasurable, pursuits - such as interesting cookery forums LOL!

I hope to re-emerge sometime in May - in the meantime, behave yourselves and have tons of fun cooking up new culinary delights (hubby says to send some to him, as I don't have time to cook anymore LOL!).

Best wishes, See you soon,
