Washing Up
Late one night an officer is a patrol car watched a man drive swerving down the highway so he decided to pull the man over.
He asked the man to get out of the car and present his driver's license, which he did. THe patrolman smelled alcohon on his breath so he asked him to take a breathalizer test, to which the man commented, "I cannot, I am asthamatic." The officer then asked for a blood test, to which the man responded "I cannot, i am a hemophiliac." The officer then asked for a urine sample, to which the man responded "I cannot, i ma a diabetic." Frustrated, the officer asked the man to walk the white line in the street, to which the man responded "I cannot, I am too drunk."
