I may be speaking out of place here, but, if you press the User CP tab at the top of the page, then select Edit Options in the "Setting & Options" box on the lefthand side of the screen.
In the "Messaging & Notification" area, check that the box "Receive email from administrators" is selected (ticked), and click on the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page (scroll down). If this doesn't do the trick, then a helper or administrator will have to assist you.
You'll have to get an administrator to repost a copy to you.
