My recent trip to SF & a food shot

I went to San Fran over the weekend and had lunch in Chinatown. Man was it good. Congee with pork and preserved egg. I took a picture to mark the occassion, I wish I would have remembered to take more pics of the food to share with you guys. I ate so much over the weekend! This pic is of at the congee (rice soup) place w/ my Chinese donut.

YUMMMMMMYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's my happy face with all the good food in front of me. :D

Sounds like you had a great time!! I love going to the San Francisco. So much to do, see, and so many places to go out to eat.

A memorable restaurant we went to in SF 30 years ago was at the Basque Hotel. Don't know if it's still there or still good, but it was food family style at long tables and we loved it!
