Good luck girl........get ready and be prepared for a lot of ups and downs but don't get discouraged. Try to find a realtor you respect to help you in your search......let them do the leg work for ya. Believe me the commission aspects will keep them on their toes.

Sizz gave some great advice (as usual ), but I would add that the requirements to disclose things about the house are set by state law and all states are different. Something "paranormal" would not have to be disclosed here, for instance.

And remember that the realtor does NOT work for you!!

And the thing about the neighbors is more important than people give it credit.

i was just going reading through the e-mail my real estate agent sent me. there's a beautiful brown house i fell in love with in a good location. i can't wait to go see it.
