Web Page Editor

I'm looking for good, user-friendly HTML editor software to develop a basic web page. Can anyone recommend any free software I might be able to use?

I consider myself reasonably savvy, but I don't have any previous experience in developing web sites.

Any help? Thanks

I'm a web developer, so I usually code my sites by hand. I did a quick search, though, and turned these up:

All are free and available for Windows.

If you've got Netscape, you've got Netscape Composer, a free, basic, HTML editor. I've been using it for years.
