Claire, "There's A Place for Us" from West Side Story is running in my head right now for no apparent reason.

Lord I'm commin' home to you...

I love that song. Hubby & I watched a special on CMT last night & it was on there. I want to sleep singing it in my head & when I got up this AM it was still running through my head.

i saw that claire. i didn't get to see the early years, but it was very interesting to see how musicals changed thru the 60's and 70's to reflect a social conscience with plays like company, and it was neat how bob fosse used his thinning hair and small rounded shoulders to develop his particular "lumbar" style, and the use of hats...

They're creepy and they're kookey.
Mysterious and spookey.
They're altogether together ookey.
The Addams Family.

The house is a museum.
When people come to see'em.
They really are a scre-am.
The Addams Family.

Neat
Sweet
Petite

So get a witch's shawl on.
A broomstick you can crawl on.
We're going to pay a call on.
The Addams Family.

juliev, we need a harpsichord (sp?)..... :D
