Have you not heard of it? I guess not. It's off their album "Ummagumma", a sort of double concept album they released in 1968. The first record was four long versions of their more popular stuff (at that time), recorded live, and the second was written by and featuring the separate members of the band. Roger Waters had two contributions, one called Grantchester Meadows and the other was the very long title I provided. I think it was the first album released with their new guitarist David Gilmour, although that might have been Atom Heart Mother.

Weird stuff, to be sure.
