Peanut butter and jelly (just thinking about marsmallow fluff makes me want to go to the dentist and get my teeth cleaned!)

Natural peanut butter (just peanuts and salt) or Skippy/Jif/Peter Pan with hydrogenated vegetable oil and sugar added

Skippy/Jif/Peter Pan... Not the greatest stuff for you. My favorite is Jif. That is what I grew up on.
