It's the soft texture, they just feel wrong in my mouth, then the smell of them...not a favorite

Ever have one of those days? Making homemade egg noodles for chicken and noodles. Grabbed the flour canister. Threw the contents into the KA, added eggs and oil. Then opened new bag of flour and added a bunch more. Dough made up nice and smooth. Rolled out like a dream. Sliced with a knife and cooked up beautifully in the broth. Patted myself on the back. Served it up in nice big bowls. Tasted--YUCK!! Sweetish. Couldn't figure it out. Broth was amazing. Went to check the can mister... Did you realize that powdered sugar really resembles flour in unmarked cannisters????lOL!
