Over easy, although I steam them with a few drops of water and a lid, so no need to turn over.

Tuna!! Seared rare! Somewhere along life's highway I developed and intense dislike for cooked Salmon. Don't exactly remember when. Lox and bagels is a love story though. Referring to my Jewish husband.
