Oh, SB, I can only think you must have had overdone, tough scallops. They are so good!

It's the soft texture, they just feel wrong in my mouth, then the smell of them...not a favorite

Well, I really like turkey, but I cook chicken more often. I should look for turkey more.

Cranberry sauce or gravy with the turkey?
