I've never had lefsa, so I'll have to say tortilla.

While searching for what it is I came across a post on The Kitchn saying she collects recipes for flatbreads. I like that idea.

Sweet, I like cinnamon & sugar on my lefse at Christmas with a little cardamon. : )
