Roast Turkey (only because the leftovers are so dang good)

Save Turkey carcass (for stock, etc.) or toss it?

Teflon. I buy the cheapest ones I can find; 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch, and when one gets damaged or wears out I throw it in the recycle bin and go buy a new one.

Cast iron. Pre-seasoned, or you'd rather do it your own self?
