Help with "heavy cream"

My pototoe soup calls for heavy cream? Is there any other heavy cream besides "heavy whipping cream"?

Not in your area ... heavy cream is whipping cream. If you want to make it "lighter" on the butterfat - you could go with something like half-and-half ... but it will be lacking in flavor and "unction" (mouth feel) ... although it might be acceptable to you.
