Last night to make soup today. I ended up using about 2 gallons of water or more to get the turkey and veggies covered. I seem to have a TON of broth, is it going to be weak? I did have quite a bit of teeny meat bits left on it, that would help flavor a bit more, correct? This is from a 13 pound turkey.

The meat in the broth won't have much flavor. All the flavor is in the broth. I would strain it and taste it. If it's weak, just boil it to reduce it and concentrate the flavor. You will find it is so much better than the canned stuff.

Andy, again you are pure genius!!!
I'm glad you get up early, I would have made myself alot more work, I was going to throw a chicken carcass in it that I have in the freezer.
