ISO Recipe for Zurek Soup

We had Zurek Soup at the Legg's Inn - Cross Village, Michigan and I would love to try to make it at home...until we can get back to Cross Village again.
Anyone have a recipe ?

That's funny that you'd be looking for a soup this is Polish for "Yesterday's Menu" or whatever you have kind of soup

How about giving Legg's Inn a call and asking about the soup? I've done that many times. The worst that can happen is they'll say, "No."
