ISO Zuppa Tuscan ala Olive Garden

This soup is served at Olive Garden, it is a chicken stock base with a little cream and contains rustic slices of potatoe, diced crisp bacon, sausage pieces, onion, and rustic chunks of kale and it is spectacular. I would like to find something similar. I may google the restaurant, maybe they share????

EDIT: Found copycat recipe site for Olive Garden menu items, including the soup. In case you are interested, here it is. It also includes copycat recipes for KFC, candy, McD, Mrs. Fields, Wendy's and a listing by ethnic foods.

Mine too, MJ, course knew we would agree . I love going there for their all-you-can-eat soup, salad and breadsticks. Stuff myself, then daughter and I share tiramiz(cannot spell it, only eat it).
