Looking for a Southwest Tortilla Soup

My husband has been asking for a southwestern tortilla soup, does anyone have one that I can blow his socks off with?

There are lots of really good recipes on the site here. I did a quick search for you Using the Google Bar at the top right of your page. Here is the result. I think the one I made was a chicken enchilada soup and it was amazing.

I think this is the recipe I made. It was great.

Hey Erin, let us know which one you made and how your DH liked it. I love the Chili's chicken enchilada soup. I order it whenever I end up there. Since it is a bottomless bowl I always eat WAY too much of it.

You can google the California Pizza kitchen corn tortilla soup. They have a cookbook so the recipes have made there way to the internet. Its really good!
