Name of recipe à Delicious Rueben Soup

Ingredients à
· 4 cans (14 ½ ounces each) chicken broth
· 4 cups shredded cabbage
· 2 cups uncooked medium egg noodles
· 1 pound smoked kielbasa or polish sausage, halved and cut into one inch slices
· ½ cup chopped onion
· 1 teaspoon garlic powder
· 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Method à In large sauce pan, combine the first seven ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until cabbage and noodles are tender. Garnish with cheese.

 
and serve with buttered toasted rye.

the only thing missing is the thousand island. maybe on a side salad?

The soup

That would really set it to the max. Am going to make it soon. Need to go to the market to get the items.

I love soup. Not sure why. But they are can be healthy or just plain good.

Wonder how this would be with corned beef instead of the keilbasa? have you ever tried that?
