Stage Deli cabbage soup?

Has anyone tried the cabbage soup that they serve at the Stage Deli? I would love to get a recipe for it, or something close, but so far, no luck.

Its red (tomato or ketchup based I suppose) and sweet. It has small pcs of beef in it, and it is delicious

Any thoughts?
