I've been making a different soup every week this fall, to take to work for lunches.

Made this one today Brown Windsor Soup Recipe : Emeril Lagasse : Food Network and made the popcorn, too!

The soup is great but next time, I'm going to add lamb and Madeira wine, which is more traditional (I'd never heard of this soup before).

I did add a some whole wheat mini pasta shells, too. And I used Tony Cachere's instead of Emeril's seasoning.

Oh, and let me tell you .... the Rosemary popcorn is FANTASTIC!!! What a nice find!

Wow... that looks really tasty, Lee!
What a novel idea with the popcorn. Like Ol-blue's ravioli soup. Rosemary popcorn.... Never heard of it. Is it in the spice aisle (lol).
Boy that looks good.....

Update: The soup tastes fantastic and so does the popcorn, but my advice is not to use the popcorn as a garnish. It sogs up immediately and all the husks are tough and chewy when the rest of the kernels are wet.

Great eating the popcorn on the side when having the soup, though!
