Tomato Florentine Soup

The most famous tomato soup from Tuscany is served with bread,garlic and drizzled with olive oil at the end and is served warm not hot.

It's seems every restaurant on this side of the pond when describing something in the style of Florence has spinach in it,which of course is not true.They do love their spinach though.

I guessing that you mean tomato soup with loads of spinach in it? There are so many versions, some use meat and some are pure veg. I find so long as you use fresh spinach and vegetable stock you're on the right track. (A little fresh parm sprinkled over the top goes a long way too!)
