Thumbs up Vegetable beef soup

1 pound ground beef
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 can water (appr 3 cups)
1 bag frozen mixed veggies
1 1/2 c shell macaroni
seasoning to taste

Brown hamburger, drain. Add tomatoes, and water, bring to a boil. Add veggies, bring back to a boil, then add pasta. Simmer til pasta and veggies are done.

I just threw this together last night, and it turned out pretty good., I used Seasonsalt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder as seasoning.

Ohhh yummy! My mom made a similar soup when we were growing up with a few more ingredients. We called it "hamburger soup". Thanks for sharing this speedy soup recipe, Mamabear

You can put whatever you want in it, sometimes I use fresh veggies, or whatever I happen to have. I usually just say 'soup' but felt it needed an official title for the board!!

Mamabear, my best friend makes that soup for me when I'm sick. I love it!
