Chicken Afritada (stew)

Afritada is made with chicken, pork or beef.

The small difference from ordinary stew is we use a little soy sauce and tomato sauce and pineapple. Otherwise it is basic stew.

Tonight is made dumplings from-http://www.discusscooking.com/forums/f57/dumplings-for-stew-43.html- and it turned out great.

My wife and niece had never heard of or eaten dumplings before and they loved them.

Well done BB dumplings are unbeatable with stew.
