Bringin Pig Ear Stew too.
2 quarts water 2 cups chopped onion 1 cup chopped celery 1 cup chopped carrot 4 pig ears 1 pound pork tenderloin cut into chunks 1 pound Black Eyed Peas 1/2 teaspoon red pepper 1 teaspoon cekery salt Salt and Pepper to taste Combine water,onion,celery,carrot and pig ears together and bring to boil,bring to simmer and cook uncovered for one hour. Remove ears and throw out. Add meat,peas, and cook til peas are tender. |
