Corned beef Casserole

1 lb. corned beef shredded or cubed
1/4 lb. diced american cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
8 oz. pkg. noodles cooked
Mix and place in a 2 quart buttered casserole. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 375 for 30 to 40 min.

Love that corned beef! Sounds good! Do you use the corned beef in the package or deli?
 
Thinly shredded and mixed in with the noodles, the cabbage would be very good!!! I make something close using sauer kraut and noodles. That is why I know this recipe is a good one!!
 
Shunka, I have used kraut also and it is very tasty. I think I have the recipe for the added kraut and it is called perogi hot dish.
