Easy-peasy casserole...

I whipped this together last night and I know it's nothing new, but it was the easiest thing I've ever made and came out soooo good! I mixed together 1 can of green beans, 1 can of sweet peas, and 1 can of cream corn (pretty sure that sweetness was the key) then topped with crushed fried onions and popped it in the oven for 10-15 minutes. So yummy!

This does sound good and easy. And since my 2 little ones are vegetarian, they won't balk about any meat tainting their food. :-) I'll add this to my list. Thanks!
