ISO Ham and Scalloped Sweet Potato Casserole
I'm wanting to make a ham and scalloped sweet potato casserole for dinner tonight, but I want to use all sweet potatoes. I have googled some recipes, but they call for sugar and pineapple stuff. Has anyone tried to make scalloped potatoes without white potatoes? I guess I'm thinking of using a traditional scalloped potato recipe but subbing sweet potatoes? How does that sound?

It sounds wonderful! Here's a good looking recipe that calls for butter, cheese and milk.
