Cook
Hi all :0)
I have a question about a stuffing that a friends family made last thanksgiving. I dont know exact measures because while I watched them make it they didnt use any, it was all just thrown together
They melted a stick of butter and threw celery and onion in the pan, cooked till tened I am assuming.
Boiled about 6 or 7 small-medium size mashed potatoes.
Cooked a roll of that bob evens sausage
when all was cooked through and tender they put everything into a double bagged paper bag (with plastic over that) and added a loaf of bread stuffing and a bag of stuffing cubes.
They mushed everything together and then stuffed the bird.
My question is what do you think is they best way to cook this and at what temp if you decide to cook in just a casserole pan? I usually dont stuff my turkey and im sure it will taste way different.
would 350 work or will it dry out the juices from everythin? Thanks
