Mock Chicken And Dressing Casserole:

1 lb. ground beef
2 cups dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. sage or a little more
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of celery soup
Chopped celery-opt.

Mix ingredients together lightly, adding salt and pepper to taste. Turn into buttered casserole dish. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 45 minutes.
