i made this and it was really good.
-1 box au gratin potatoes
-about 3 to 4 oz. sharp cheese (i like bleu; it works really well w/ this)
-3 to 4-in. slice kielbasa
-2 1/4 c. water
-1/3 c. heavy cream
-1/3 c. whole milk
-3 tbsp. butter
-lots of ground sage
-lots of finely ground black pepper
-dash of worsestershire
-garlic powder
-onion powder
-several dashes hot sauce

bring water, milk, cream, butter, sage, pepper, worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, and hot sauce to a boil.
empty dehydrated potatoes into 1 1/2-qt. baking dish.
cut kielbasa into small pieces and distribute evenly over potatoes. sprinkle cheese over. sprinkle w/ au gratin powder from box.
pour liquid over and blend in thoroughly.
bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

luvs - when in the world did you have time to make this???? Surely the cats haven't let you stop cracking crab legs!!!!! (you know it hurts us all to read you fed them to the cats) :chef:

Edited to add the most important thing!!! This is sheer comfort food - thanks for posting it.
