Vidalia Onion Swiss Bake

Vidalia Onion Swiss Bake
2 cups of shredded Swiss cheese (please use a GOOD quality Swiss)
2 cups chopped Vidalia onions (or may substitute 1051's or Walla
Walla’s or any sweet onion)
2 cups of mayo (you must use Best Foods) for this recipe.
2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese (Fresh Please)

Mix first 3 ingredients together and pour into ovenproof bowl
Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake at 325-350° until onion is soft and
cheese melted, about 40 to 45 minutes
Serve with chunks of French bread ( or a side dish )

Your recipe sounds really good Guts, but would it be okay if we didn't use Best Foods? I usually buy and cook with organic mayo or make my own at home :)
 
Ok sure, It's just that you shouldn't use miracle whip type,
it doesn't work with this recipe

Hellmans is the same brand, just different name in different parts of the country:LOL: Why is beyond me..
