I just got a new crockpot and I'm itching to use it. (its an oval one) Anyone have any recipe's using Cornish hen for the crockpot? I'd appreciate some ideas. :)

Have you tried the search function on the forums or Googled it? Chicken recipes would work.
The only thing I would be worried about would be the way chicken can be "fall of the bones" tender, and all those tiny bones and meat would be kind of hard to eat. Make sure you don't overcook them.
Here is a quick search I just did, lots of ideas here:

Cornish Game Hen with Potatoes

Serving Size : 2

2 each potato -- whole, scrubbed
1 each Cornish game hen
salt and pepper
paprika
garlic

For the two of us, I cover the bottom of the crockpot with whole, scrubbed potatoes. They conveniently keep, out of the juice that collects, a small, whole, Cornish Game Hen, rubbed with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic.

Cook on high 30 minutes and then switch to low.

Go to work. Come home to good smells and dinner ready.

Thank you! I'll try it tomorrow. :)
