Crockpot Salsa Chicken

This is great as is or shredded and used in Tortillas.

4-6 Boneless Chicken breast
1 package Taco Seasoning
1 Jar of Salsa
cook 4-6 hours depending on the temp you set Low or High

when done I add a can of Black beans (drained) and a small can of corn (optional)
heat through.

Serve on with rice or pasta, with your favorite condiments

I use sour cream, shreddred Montrey Jack cheese and sliced avacados.

leftovers are great to make with tortilla wraps for lunch.

Never thought of adding the taco seasoning. I may try that addition. I've done the chicken, just never with the taco seasoning. It is very good, I recommend trying this one.
