Last night I made a lamb hot pot recipe of mum's in the slowcooker and it turned out fantastically!
I just cut the excess fat off some lamb grillers then floured them and layered them in the slowcooker with onion slices and some garlic and salt. Then I put 2 cups of water, some chicken stock concentrate and soy sauce in and a coulpe of layers of sliced potato. Cooked it for 1 hour high then 4 hours low and it was great, the meat fell off the bones.

Sounds wonderful. We're having leg of lamb and Greek potatoes for dinner. Yummmers!!!

mrsmac, I've been wanting to use my crock pot for ages & have followed the crock pot recipe threads here with interest - your recipe sounds like something my mom and my husband would really enjoy. I'll give this a go some time this week and let you know how it turns out! Thanks, Sandyj
