Not Your Mother's Slow Cooker Cookbook for Two

Has anyone tried this book yet or taken a look at it? If so, what did you think? I've checked out from the library just the Not Your Mother's Slow Cooker Cookbook, but I had to return it before I made any recipes in it, other than the oatmeal. I have a 4 qt oval crock pot that I would like to put to use, although the book is designed for up to 3.5 qts, but can't imagine that it would make much of a difference half a quart. I have plenty of recipes that are of a large capacity.
