Stuffed peppers in crockpot?

Can you cooked stuffed peppers in the crockpot? If so, how long do you think they should cook? They are on the smaller size.

When I cook stuffed peppers in the cp, I do them for 4 hours on high or 6 on low. I start with raw rice, so it takes a little longer.

I prefer to cook stuffed peppers in the oven, but if I have to be out for several hours then I pop them into the CP. I never use minute rice for ANYTHING and I wouldn't for the peppers either. If you're cooking these for 4 to 6 hours you can safely use regular rice and the rice will be soft when the peppers are done. The CP does a great job of cooking stuffed peppers and the sauce is outstanding. Be careful not to use too much liquid since the peppers give off liquid of their own.

Does anyone have a CP recipe for stuffed peppers? I would love to try them out.

I use regular rice for the stuffed peppers. Actually, my favorite rice is jasmine for stuffed peppers and stuffed cabbage.
